Private document storage
Home studies and other uploaded documents are stored privately and are never publicly accessible on the internet. They can only be opened by authorized, signed-in staff through our secure system.
Strong access controls
Every staff member uses an individual account with role-based permissions and two-factor authentication, so a password alone is never enough to gain access. Access to sensitive information is logged, and sessions automatically time out after inactivity.
Continuous monitoring
Our systems are monitored around the clock with automated threat detection and uptime alerting, so potential issues are caught and addressed quickly.
Resilient, U.S.-based infrastructure
Our data is hosted on enterprise cloud platforms that carry SOC 2 security certification, stored within the United States, and backed up across multiple regions so it stays safe and recoverable.

No system anywhere is completely immune, which is why we layer our protections and maintain written incident-response and disaster-recovery procedures, including following applicable breach-notification laws.
